Service description
Gu1 provides a B2B SaaS KYC/AML/KYT compliance platform for financial institutions in Latin America. Our services include identity verification, transaction monitoring, risk matrices, sanctions screening, and related compliance tools offered via API and web applications.
Acceptable use
You may use the service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You may not misuse the platform, attempt to circumvent security or access controls, use the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes, or resell or sublicense access without our prior written consent.
Liability limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gu1 and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
